We're small, independent, and we recommend products we actually use. If we don't like something, we say so. That's it.
We've built backup systems for software companies, manufacturers, healthcare practices, and nonprofits. The tools change. The failure modes don't.
When a product pays a good commission but isn't the right fit, we'll say that too. The goal is to be the consultant you keep on speed dial — not the one you regret hiring.
